One product. Four sizes.

Every plan is the whole of Sealinn — the AI reading, the compliance checks, the reminders, the upload portal, the audit log. What you pay for is headroom: how many subcontractors you track and how many people can work on them.

Text reminders are the one thing that is not on every plan — each message costs us money to send, so they start on Growth. Everything else here is on every plan, including Free. You move up when you outgrow the subcontractor or seat count, never to unlock a feature.

What you’re comparing this to

For most crews the alternative is a spreadsheet, and it costs nothing to buy. That is a real advantage and it is worth saying plainly instead of pretending the incumbent has no merit.

What a price comparison misses is that only one of these costs arrives as an invoice. The others are the time somebody spends re-keying certificates and asking again for the renewal, and whatever sits behind a certificate that nobody read closely. Neither of those gets smaller because the software was free.

There is no savings calculator on this page. It would need figures about your operation that we would have to make up, and a made-up input gives you a made-up answer. Two pages take it further, and neither is a pitch:

Pricing questions

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. Free covers 10 subcontractors and one seat, with no card and no time limit. It is a real workspace, not a trial — there is no clock on it.

Growth and Professional look like the same product with bigger numbers.

They are, and that is deliberate. We would rather not hold a feature back to make a tier look different — the compliance engine, the AI extraction, the audit log and the exports are on every plan, including Free. What you buy at each step is capacity: more subcontractors and more people who can work the queue. If your book fits in Growth, Professional is not a better version of Sealinn, it is a bigger one.

What happens if I go over a plan limit?

Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked. Everything you have already added stays, and you can still open, review and export it. What stops is adding: you cannot add another subcontractor or invite another teammate until you are back under your plan's limit. That is true whichever way you got there — growing into the limit, or moving down a plan and landing above it. You are never billed past the line.

Monthly or annual — what's the difference?

Annual is two months free: you pay for ten. Either way you can cancel anytime; annual just costs less if you know you'll stay.

Do I pay per certificate or per upload?

No. Price depends only on how many active subcontractors and seats you have. Upload as many certificates and renewals as you like.

Any setup fees or surprise charges?

None. The price on the card is the price — no onboarding fee, no per-upload charge, no overage bill. If you hit a limit, we tell you first.

Can I switch plans later?

Anytime, up or down. Moving up is a checkout for the new plan — you see the exact amount before you confirm, and the extra room is yours as soon as the payment clears. Moving down, or canceling, is done through Manage subscription in Settings → Billing.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. There is no contract and no minimum term — a monthly plan ends with the month you are in, an annual one at the end of the year you paid for. Either way you can still download your certificates as a zip, organized by subcontractor and export the full audit log to PDF, Excel or CSV afterwards.

I'm not sure what I should be requiring in the first place.

Start with what to require before a sub starts. It is the full checklist — coverages, endorsements and the paperwork — and it costs nothing to read before you pick a plan.
