What you are actually seeing
The walkthrough reuses product review components where accuracy matters most — including the status badges, review panel, and certificate viewer — inside a guided marketing scene. The data is made up on purpose: these are invented subcontractors on an invented job, not a real customer’s records.
- The dashboard opens on the one queue that matters — which subcontractor files meet your saved requirements and which need attention.
- The review screen is an illustrative, fixed sample of field values and requirement gaps. It is not the result of processing a visitor file. You approve or you send it back; the software does not decide.
- Recording your decision stores the customer’s approval or exception with its history and updates the queue from that decision. It does not turn the underlying evidence into a promise of coverage.
What the demo cannot show you is the part that happens while you are not looking: the reminders that go out before recorded certificate expiry dates pass, and the audit log Sealinn attempts to write for key review actions.
